NARITVA – Empowering the women of today for a better tomorrow, our flagship women empowerment initiative focuses on fostering confidence, independence, leadership, and economic self-sufficiency among women. NARITVA strives to break barriers by providing women with opportunities for skill development, education, awareness, mentorship, and community engagement.
A key component of the initiative is promoting menstrual hygiene awareness, ensuring that women and girls have access to accurate information, sanitary products, and a supportive environment where menstrual health is discussed openly and without stigma.

Our Areas of Impact
Health & Hygiene
We conduct grassroots awareness programs on menstrual hygiene, reproductive health, and mental well-being, providing access to safe sanitary products and medical guidance to dismantle deep-rooted stigmas.
Self Help Groups
By establishing and nurturing Self-Help Groups (SHGs), we give women a safe space to pool resources, access micro-loans, learn financial literacy, and build a collective voice in their communities.
Livelihood Generation
We provide vocational and skill-based training ranging from sustainable agriculture and handicrafts to digital literacy ensuring every woman can earn a sustainable, independent livelihood.
